Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and the following holidays : New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
After your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our facility. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
For issues with delivery or tracking, the fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. If you're unable to resolve the issue with UPS, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you resolve the issue.
For throw pillows and home decor items, we're happy to offer free shipping on all domestic orders. All orders will be sent as Ground shipping via UPS. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

We only offer returns on throw pillows and home decor items. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label.
As a small company we are unable to cover the cost of return or offer exchanges. A $10 shipping fee as well as a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund upon receiving your return. All discounted items are final sale.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

We recommend using a natural leather cleaner and conditioner to care for both full and top grain leathers. While spot removers and cleaners can be used for slight stains and general maintenance, professional leather cleaning will be the most effective way to properly care for your item.
We recommend spot cleaning or hand washing velvet to ensure it keeps its rich texture and color. Since heat can be damaging to the integrity of the fabric, we recommend line drying. For any velvet Jacquards or embroidery, dry cleaning your item is best.
We mainly use vegetable dyed Matka Silk from India. To maintain its sheen, we recommend dry cleaning. It's also worth noting that Matka Silk should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
The majority of our Linen fabrics are organically dyed and pre-washed. To prevent color fading and dullness we recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning.
Nearly all our canvas products are machine washable, with the exception of embroidered or embellished items which should be spot cleaned. We also recommend line drying to avoid any color transfer or shrinkage.
